My friend and I really liked the hotel and we especially appreciated the hospitality of everyone working there. We were both sick after a trail in the desert and we really felt looked after (appropriate meals, care..). We also were lucky to be upgraded on our first night there !

Ali and Fadma were incredible hosts! So attentive and caring, and the food was incredible!! They really go above and beyond for every guest. The rooms and shared areas were beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Also they have a tortoise!! The area is amazing, such a beautiful community and very safe. A spacious and quiet place with a view of Lake Ouarzazate, the rooms are large and with extra large beds, very clean and comfortable, very welcoming staff, top cuisine... We had the chance to attend the gathering of hundreds of storks at the edge of the lake. Strongly recommended

Just about everything. Amazing room, amazing pool, good location great wifi everything super clean and Hussein was just amazing, nothing was a problem for him and he helped me with everything even provided a sim card for me

Very good stay for the night, We had a very good services by the management on our late arriving with a home made dinner. They kept the kitchen open for our greeting.
