Located in Crillon Le Brave, Hôtel La Maison de Crillon has a large heated outdoor swimming pool with numerous terraces, a pétanque court, a gym and free parking. The hotel is 11 km from Carpentras. Great attention to detail. Hosts were extremely hospitable, accommodating and generous. Very service oriented. Beautiful views and location.

The hotel provided all you could wish for. The rooms are large and equipped with everything essential you need. The hotel garden and its premises are well kept and you'll find your place to relax. Be that at one of the pools or spa or at one of the many garden tables or deckchairs. I liked the fact that the hotel isn't in the village itself, therefor it peaceful and quiet, surrounded by vineyards and olive trees. To Malaucéne it's a 1.6 km walk. At the hotel there is a storage place, which you can look, to put your bicycle if you bring one along. Staff is friendly and helpful.

We were greeted by a gentleman at reception desk who spoke perfect English. He was nice, polite and helpful. The rooms with a view (206 and 208) were clean. The breeze from the big windows and the scent of lavender were stupendous. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom radiator was useful. The hair-dryer was surprisingly good unlike the ones one usually finds at big hotel chains. The vintage cycling equipment was astonishing. We felt welcome and safe.

Offering a terrace and views of the city, Hotel D'Albion is situated in Sault-de-Vaucluse, at the foot of the Mont Ventoux Mountain. Private parking is available on site. Excellent location. Just near the centre from where you can have a beautiful view of the lavender fields. Lots of restaurants around the hotel. Lavender walking trail is just 5 minutes by car. You can also walk or cycle to the fields. Welcoming and very friendly owners , always ready to help you with anything. Lots of free car parks around.

La Garance is located in Sainte-Colombe, in the heart of Provence, just 4 km from Bédoin. the location for Mont V. is fantastic, but that does not compare with the kind staff. Richard went above and beyond making our 2 night stay exceptional. Short story, we rode for 3 hours up and down the Giant of Provence, but wanted Pizza. Unfortunately there were no Taxis in the area, so Richard drove us to Bedouin and even picked us up. We had a great evening and big breakfast the next morning to ride into Rousillon. We have talked about cycling Mont Ventoux, but staying in a great place that made us feel welcome makes our adventure that much special.
