Quiet location, very easy walk to a supermarket, and extremely cosy place to sleep. 30 minute walk to town or easy taxi ride using Uber or similar local apps (or the taxi rank by McDonalds). There's a great kitchen which helps reduce eating out costs which can be steep in Rovaniemi for a family, and an excellent shower. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property without reservation.

Situated in Korvala, Korvala log cabins provide self-catering accommodation with a terrace. Each holiday home features a kitchenette, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom with bidet and shower. Stunning setting on a husky farm and overlooking the frozen lake. Kids had alot of freedom and were able to roam around safely in the woods and in the snow at the front of the cabin. We used the sledges they had available and cross country skis. My husband and I did the sauna and ice dip which was brilliant fun. Kitchen facilities were pretty basic but the cabin was super warm and cosy - they have a little kota available that we cooked sausages on Had a husky ride with korvala. My husband and I ended up each mushing a dog sled each which was amazing. We had a kennel tour and was nice to see how loved and cared for the dogs were as this was a major decision in going to korvala.

La magia della veranda vista lago con spiaggetta ed i colori sul lago in continuo mutamento che ci hanno regalato mille sfumature di blu azzurro e rosa fino alle 23.00. La casa grande, cucina ben attrezzata e un soggiorno comodo e spazioso con una bellissima vetrata. Il letto molto comodo. Il bagno grande con la sauna comodissima e veramente facile da usare. Nell'insieme tutto favoloso, ci sarebbe piaciuto conoscere i nostri ospiti ma con una sola notte e la grandezza della fattoria capiamo che non è stato possibile sarà per la prossima volta. Situata a Rovaniemi, a 3,8 km dall’Ufficio Postale nel Villaggio di Babbo Natale e a 6 km dal centro scientifico Arktikum, la Villa Arctic Light offre sistemazioni con connessione WiFi gratuita, aria... Our flight got canceled so we booked this villa for 6 people only for a night. We really liked the villa, it's very spacious, very very clean, well equipped and beds are comfortable. I would highly recommend if you have a rented car :)

Very nice cabin, just in front of a lake, totally isolated. We enjoy the calm atmosphere, the lake, the forest and of course the sauna. The owners were too friendly and the help us a lot.
