We missed our flight as a result of a train delay so we were very pleased to find this little hotal close to Orly airport. I could not have wished for more as we were very tired so our welcome was, well, welcome! We had a fine meal in the restaurant...we had never had Lebonese food before... but were warned against ordering the mixed mezza as the waiter felt it too big for us. Both our orders proved sufficient and the friendly waiter again proved helpful in guiding our choices. Breakfast was self-serve with a good variety of options which included fresh fruit, yoghurts, croissants, ham and cheeses.
The weather was not brilliant when we stayed so we could not enjoy the attractive garden overlooked by the restaurant.
If we ever miss another flight we will be back!

The receptionist was disrespectful and rude even though I was injured. He hardly noticed me even though I was the only client at the desk. I had to beg to be checked in and he didn't help me with my bag even though I couldn't put my right foot down and was on crutches. I've never seen anything like that. Do not go to this hotel if you are handicaped you will get no assistance at all. Psychological it was worse than physically for me as I was alone and I had to do a long journey the next morning at 5 I got no confort. I felt more lonely than ever. I cried in my room. The location is very confusing if you are taking the bus or walking. The hotel is sort of hidden behind a bridge and other hotel. The next day when I ordered a Uber it didn't find me. And the area seems a bit dangerous. I don't recommend it for a woman traveling alone. The hotel says it's a 24hour desk but there is no one after 9 and very early in the morning so if you needed help don't count on it. Although it seems that the person that was there when I arrived was actually worse than if I had to deal with a machine alone... It is definitely not worth the price. You would get better care in a crowded supermarket than in this place as a client.

I made the reservation with my credit card...and I clicked PAY NOW at the time of reservation last friday October 11th-2019...BUT at the time of checking out they did not want to charge to my credit card...and they treat very bad to my daughter and wife...and asked them to pay now .. AGAIN??????? Well my niece used her credit card and payed. SO...MY QUESTION TO YOU IS???? WHY DO YOU SEND THIS TO ME IF THE FRONT DESK PEOPLE DID NOT WANT TO CHARGE TO MY CREDIT CARD...?? Hallways dark and plates and cups were left outside peoples doors, felt like a hostel. For the price and what you get ..just go to a budget hotel. Reception staff was outstanding. The restaurant was ok..skip it if you can, its not really french cuisine. Restaurant manager could do with a smile, he was very snooty, uptight and made us feel like he didn't care for us to be there. Rungis walking distance but not much else around.

There aren´t many restaurants on a walking distance from the hotel, hence it is best to plan your stay and how to move around the area. The hotel offers room service. The staff was friendly and efficient. The room is spacious, clean and the bed is comfortable. The bathroom and toilet was also clean. The breakfast is good and the variety of food is OK.
